Exchange Policy
At Fleurdesable, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, a product may arrive with a manufacturing defect.
Our Policy:
Exchanges for Defective Products: We gladly offer exchanges for products that arrive with clear manufacturing defects or damages.
Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order with clear photographic or video evidence of the defect.
Process:
Please contact us customer service team at fleurdesablee@gmail.com with your order number and images or video of the defect.
We will review your claim and, if approved, provide you with instructions for the exchange.
The defective item must be returned in its original packaging, if possible.
Once the defective item is received and inspected, a replacement item will be shipped to you.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
We do not accept exchanges for reasons other than manufacturing defects, such as variations in color appearance due to monitor settings.
We do not offer refunds.
Shipping:
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of sending the defective item back to us.
Final Decision: fleurdesable reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not comply with our policy.
